01 · Set up
Chasing waivers.Ready before the doors open.
Set up ticket tiers, promo codes, waivers and staff once, before the night.
02 · Doors
Counting the door.Any staff phone can work the door.
Scan passes, sell at the door, flag unsigned waivers, watch the live count.
03 · Prelims
Waiting on scores.Scores come in from the judges’ phones.
Nothing is lost on bad signal, and results go up as soon as they’re in.
04 · Cut & seed
Arguing the cut.Ties at the cut are your call.
Prelim totals make the cut. Pick who takes a tied spot, and the bracket seeds itself from the scores.
05 · Bracket
Redrawing the bracket.Run each match from the bracket.
Advance rounds, run a 7 to Smoke, undo a call. The room follows on the MC screen.
06 · Results
Posting results the next day.Crown the champion and close the night.
The public bracket shows the champion right away, and rated results go to the world rankings. Your ticket sales pay out T+3.
