Transfer-only payout countries
In countries where Stripe supports payouts but not local card payments, UTC is the merchant of record and transfers the ticket payout amount to the organizer. The buyer service fee includes payment processing and a cross-border/FX buffer so organizers still receive the amount shown when fees are passed to buyers.
